Bethany Beach Vacation 2011

This past Saturday, the first of two groups of individuals gathered to start their one week's vacation at Bethany Beach. As all the necessary paperwork was gathered and organized and their belongings were packed up, those leaving on their vacation waited for the arrival of the vans that would deliver them to the beautiful three story ocean-side house that would be their home for the next week. Individuals and staff alike were excited about the trip. Finally, with all in place, the trip began. Over the several days since their arrival, all have visited the boardwalks in Ocean City, Bethany, and Rehobeth; smaller groups have gone out on fishing trips; everyone has visited the outlet stores; and all have enjoyed foods that can only be experienced "down the Ocean". Despite the fact that their trip will end one day early owing to the hurricane, all have had a great time and look forward to next year's trip.
