Alex was the stud of the show, singing two songs and making all the ladies in the audience swoon. Cassandra, Siama, Sheryl, Tony M., Tyrone, Rhonda, Jessica, little Jackson, Arthur T., Arthur B., Nicole and Janet all danced on stage and got the crowd pumped. CSC’s own Ms. Ghazala even took to the stage to show off some of her moves! Robert also made everyone laugh with his comedy routine that he’d been practicing all week.

Several touching moments in the day were reminders of how CSC really does change lives. Devan left his wheelchair and used his arms to support himself to dance for several minutes. Tony Fallon, CSC’s part-time receptionist was this our favorite. His rendition of “Guitar Man” was enough to bring tears to some eyes in the crowd. Nathan and a stage full of people led an inspiring group version of “We are the World” to close the show.
CSC’s Director of Quality Assurance, Mr. Gold, turned his attention to the grills for the party. With his assistant, Rick Zengel, he assured that all beef, turkey, and veggie burgers were grilled to perfection and that all party-goers got a hot dog too. Salads, fruit, veggies, cookies and cupcakes accompanied the items from the grill.
Even the weather cooperated-only one brief shower rained on our picnic, but it actually knocked a couple degrees off the hot afternoon. All in all, it was a beautiful day to remember and undeniable proof that CSC’S GOT TALENT!
