Lennox Graham

He has advanced degrees in Human Behavior and Education. He has lectured at the Johns Hopkins University for six years and published several papers in major scientific journals in his field. He has many graduate credits in psychology and human relations.

Project Hope: Helping Other People Excel
Project Hope conducts a series of workshops that promote positive thinking, the mental attitude required for a successful life – mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Becoming a positive thinker requires a high level of self-confidence. When it is realized, fear dissipates and risk-taking will be accepted as a natural phenomenon.
Individual participants obtain immediate and tangible benefits. Benefits accrue to organizations and groups from the collective energy derived from the positive attitudes of
its members.
A. Achieving High Self Esteem
- Eliminating the negative behaviors associated with low self esteem
- The identification and assimilation of the building blocks of
high self-esteem
B. Personality Styles
- Recognizing the different aspects of a personality and how they affect behavior
- Examining the etiology of different behaviors in order to foster greater communication and understanding
C. Rapport
- The underlying principles that determine the establishment of positive relationships
- Stress and Anger Managemnt
- Controlling emotions to avoid the ravages of stress and anger
D. Violence Prevention
- Avoiding violence through conflict resolution.
